Stands for Technical Regulation of Custom, Presently renamed TR EAEU – Technical Regulation of Eurasian Economic Union. After Certification of TRCU, supplier can put the mark EAC on product require for placing the Equipment or machine in market of EAEU.
Technical regulation is designed in accordance with the Agreement on common principles and rules of technical regulation in Custom Union.
Compliance to TRCU requirements when designing, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, operation, storage, transportation, marketing and disposal, for Machines, Equipment and items fall under the scope of TRCU
Affixing of EAC marking is required to ensure free movement of machines and (or) equipment in the common customs territory of the Customs Union.
Presently 47 nos. of TRCU are available which cover Railways, Low & high voltage equipment, toys, machinery and equipment, Elevators, Equipment in explosive environment, Food etc Under EAC .
Apart from TRCU Certification, SG Solutions provides services to get the GOST certification for other CIS countries which are not the member of EAEU such as Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan etc.,
Mainly 2 type of Certification are applicable to place any material in EAEU/CIS market on the basis of Machinery / Equipment Hazard category, as below

Except the above mandatory Certification, There is Option to get Voluntary Certificate or Exemption Letter, which may be issued when equipment / machinery not fall under any of the above Certification scheme, which helps for smooth customs clearance and ensure correct categorisation as per applicable TRCU, client confidence and smooth clearance at customs as per State law.
